| 抄録(和) | 非母語子音クラスタ調音時の舌先の運動をEMAを用いて研究した。発話者は日本語母語話者2名、ドイツ語母語話者2名であった。検査語は無意味語4語、bnaht, pnaht, gnaht, knahtであった。これらの語を日本語母語話者はそれぞれ8回、ドイツ語母語話者はそれぞれ10回ランダムな順序で発話した。子音クラスタ中の第1子音から第2子音までの舌先の変位D (mm)、移動時間T (ms)を計測した。それぞれの話者の調音器官の大きさおよび発話スタイルの違いを除くためDx、Dy、およびTを規格化した。Dxは各発話中のXの最大値DmaxとXの最小値Dminの差により発話毎に規格化した、Dnx=Dx/(Xmax-Xmin)。Dyも同様に規格化した、Dny=Dy/(Ymax-Ymin)。それゆえDn(Dの規格化値)はDn=(Dnx2+Dny2)^1/2となる。Tは語長L (ms)により規格化した、Tn=T/L。規格化前の測定値はT-D面上で話者により局在化していたが、規格化後の測定値はTn-Dn面上で話者による測定値の局在化は認められなかった。これにより、本実験においては、ここで行なった規格化が有効であることが示唆された。 |
| 抄録(英) | Tongue tip movement during articulation of non-native consonant clusters was investigated using an electromagnetic articulograph (EMA). Speakers were 2 Japanese and 2 Germans. Speech samples were 4 nonsense words, bnaht, pnaht, gnaht, knaht. Japanese uttered these words 8 times each and Germans did 10 times each. Tongue tip displacement D (mm) and moving time T (ms) between first and second consonant in consonant clusters were measured. In order to avoid the effect of the size of articulator and the speaking style of each subject, Dx, Dy and T were normalized. Dx was normalized by the difference between maximum value of X (Xmax) and minimum value of X (Xmin) in each utterance, i.e. Dnx=Dx/(Xmax-Xmin). Also Dy was normalized, i.e. Dny=Dy/(Ymax-Ymin). Hence, Dn (normalized D) was Dn=(Dnx2+Dny2)^1/2. T was normalized by word length L (ms), i.e. Tn=T/L. Before the normalization the measured data was localized by each speaker on the T-D plane, while the normalized data was not localized on the Tn-Dn plane. Accordingly, it is suggested that this normalization method will be effective in this experiment. |
