Abstract(in English) An estimation method of the three-port S parameters for the reciprocal circuit is presented. In this method, a known load is connected to one port and reflection and transmission characteristics between the two remaining ports are measured. Therefore, there is no need to connect the VNA to the port that is connected to the known load. S parameters are only obtained by solving a linear system equations and a quadratic equation. In addition, applying this method to derive the S-parameters of the immunity test system, we have confirmed the validness of this method.
