Abstract(in English) The authors have investigated Flashover properties of the electrostatic discharge that invades the printed circuit board. When ESD test is examined, ESD gun radiates the strong electromagnetic wave. Therefore, it is necessary to shield the wide-ranging frequency signals around GHz order. Then, authors have developed the transparent shield box where the inside was able to be observed from four directions on the front side, both sides, and the ceiling side. We investigated the shield effect for several GHz ranges. As a result, the transparent shield box had the shielding effect of 60dB in 0.7-1.0GHz that was the frequency bandwidth of the ESD signal.
