Incorporating dilemma to information ethics education to improve the way of university education

Abstract(in English) The authors provided the freshmen in the university with the lessons on the information technology and the dilemma, and succeeded in motivating them. As a result of our experimental lessons, the level of students' motivation on ethical issues was improved without losing the motivation levels of other areas. In our experiment, we found a changing a way from "What to memorize in university" to "How to think it practically in university." The authors think such changing way will be necessary in university education.
