Abstract(in English) | With the rapid increase of traffic in the Internet, power consumption of network equipment has increase, the reduction has vital issue. We have proposed a scheme for achieving the dynamic link control scheme for power saving, based upon the change in traffic volume. However previous scheme does not have a function of specific communication quality. In this paper, we focus on the delay for performance indicator, and we propose schame that delay is less than a threshold. From simulation studies, we evaluate performance of the proposed archeitecture. |
