Dynamic Link Control Considering Delay for Power Saving

Abstract(in English) With the rapid increase of traffic in the Internet, power consumption of network equipment has increase, the reduction has vital issue. We have proposed a scheme for achieving the dynamic link control scheme for power saving, based upon the change in traffic volume. However previous scheme does not have a function of specific communication quality. In this paper, we focus on the delay for performance indicator, and we propose schame that delay is less than a threshold. From simulation studies, we evaluate performance of the proposed archeitecture.
