| Abstract(in English) | This report describes the issues of employing cloud computing in University in relation that an incident of loosing mail accounts of all students at Sapporo Gakuin University occured in April this year. Also, it refers to why the administrators of the university chose Microsoft Live@edu in five years ago,what kind of reasons this incident occurred,and how system engineer of university and customer servise of Microsoft dealed with this trouble. |
