Abstract(in English) This paper presents an access control for personal and group information based on ontology and user context.First, an ontology model for the information is given by which a fine-grained and flexible access scope of the information can be defined. Then we propose an RBAC based access control method for the information. It can be adapted to both static and dynamic environments by using role and context ontologies which we newly introduce in this paper. Based on the concept of ontology, our research consistently deals with the modeling and access control for the information in a unified way with privacy protection considered.
