Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Optimized Link State Routing Protocol(OLSR) provides a low control overhead in high-density networks by using only MPRs to forward topology control messages. Since signal strength and mobility i \ssues are not considered in the MPR selection, OLSR fails to work properly in lossy or mobile wireless networks. In this paper, we propose a fuzzy logic based MPR selection algorithm to improve the performance of OLSR. The proposed protocol selects MPRs by considering inter-node distance, RSSI and node velocity. We use computer simulations to evaluate the proposed protocol.
