Load Balancing Method in Considering Simultaneous Congestion of Telecommunication Servers by Occurring Local Extensive Traffic

Abstract(in English) In the telecommunication network, when traffics whose volume exceeded our design-time assumption were occurred from some access point, congestions occur in telecommunication servers processing these traffics. Avoiding this state, a method of connecting access point to multiple telecommunication servers is used. This method divides traffics occurred from access point to multiple telecommunication servers to deal with brief in- crease of traffics. However, when traffics whose volume exceeded processing capacity of telecommunication servers attributed to access point are occurred, congestion is occurred at all of telecommunication servers. In this case, decreasing quality of telecommunication service may expand to an area including other access points by reason that all of telecommunication servers cannot process traffics occurred from all of access points. In this paper, we propose a new method of load balancing. When much traf且c are occurred from some access points, the proposed method is divide traffics to telecommunication servers to ensure traffics from other access points.
