Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, there is much subject of the application and application apparatus which use the highly efficient mobile phone corresponding to the NFC tag and NFC of RFID technology, etc. It can be used for an office security management. And merits, such as exclusive leader apparatus needlessness, are large. The use of a NFC chip -- since the communication between apparatus (P2P) is also possible, high-speed data transfer can be performed -- or RFID technology has spread. As for the equipment reader/writer of RFID, There are the passive NFC reader/writer for the HF band of 13.56MHz, and A Gen2 reader/writer, for the UHF band of 920MHz, and μ-chip reader/writer for microwave band of 2.45GHz. The HF band NFC (Near Field Communication) is built into a mobile phone, highly efficient mobile phone (smart phone), and tablet personal computer etc., and urgency spread will be expected for the Internet electronic payment system, such as electronic money, etc. in the future. By this report, the transceiver circuit of multi-reader (ISO-14443A,B ISO-18092 ISO-15693) of HF band RFID is made as an experiment, and Air-interface circuit examination(transmitting system), measurement, and an evaluation result are shown.
