Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We are working on inaudible speech recognition based on surface EMG. In our previous work,we pro-posed a method for extracting features of sEMG by"Center-of-Balance Transition"(CoBT)of wavelet factors. With this method,we tried to detect phoneme boundary in inaudible utterance. The detection method on our earlier research uses evaluation value of phoneme boundary-likeness,which is estimated by features on a set of CoBTs. But the value can't give us enough precision. In this paper,we improve our detection method by emphasizing features on CoBTs with weighting and by validating boundary-likeness with quantity of muscle activity in a phoneme segment.
