Abstract(in English) | In the self-injection locked NRD guide Gunn oscillator, sudden change of the oscillation frequency from the locking frequency to the free-running frequency was often observed. In this paper, to understand this phenomenon in a band-stop type of self-injection locked NRD guide Gunn oscillator, we theoretically and experimentally considered the condition that such a mode jump may occur as a parameter of the frequency deviation between a resonant frequency of ceramic resonator and the oscillation frequency of free-running oscillator. |
