| 抄録(和) | 臨床現場において,顎関節症等の疼痛患者の処置や神経損傷による医療訴訟が社会問題となっており,体性感覚の客観評価が望まれている.本研究では,ピエゾ型触覚刺激装置で機械刺激を与えた場合の脳内電気活動を解析した.実形状脳皮質電位イメージングによって解析した結果,刺激部位の違いを識別できた.また,ペルチェ型温度刺激装置で手に熱刺激を与えた場合,脳波に対して,時間周波数解析を行った.結果,温度一定時と温度変化時で最大パワーの差異が確認できた. |
| 抄録(英) | In clinical situations, lawsuits for nerve injuries and treatments of patients with temporomandibular joint have come to pose serious problems. It is hoped that the subjective criterion of the somatic sensation would be established. In this study, we have analyzed electrical activity when given the mechanical tactile stimuli using a piezoelectric actuator. Realistic-shaped cortical potential imaging was applied to the somatosensory evoked potential. As a result, the position of the stimulation can be distinguished. In addition, we performed a time-frequency analysis for the thermal stimuli using a peltier actuator. As a result, the difference of the maximum power was confirmed between constant and varying temperature settings. |
