| Abstract(in English) | ICT is being used, but not effectively, in various life support services as health consultation and observation in home-based care. It remains difficult to satisfy the user as each service has its own contents and delivery processes. Our goal is to create a system that ranks service providers according to the user's demands and manages providers in coordination with their parent organizations. This paper proposes a scheme that parameterizes user demands and providers' features, and models the recommendation ranking of providers. The scheme defines providers' rankings y as linear polynomial using service providers' features x and weighting factor a, and calculating a by multiple regression analysis, and working up the numbers y. We create comprehensive questionnaires that cover all facets of the life support services for home-based care demanded by users. It introduces a methodology that can identify the optimum provider(s) according to the user's demands by subjecting provider rankings (questionnaire results) and parameters to multiple regression analysis. |
