Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A radio telescope analyzes radio frequency (RF) received from celestial objects. It consists of the antenna, the receiver, and the spectrometer. We have proposed the special hardware for the wide band FFT. This paper implements the proposed spectrometer on the Xilinx extensible processing platform to realize the low-cost and high-performance radio telescope. Also, we implement the CASPER tutorial into the proposed platform.
