| 抄録(和) | 陽的な差分法に基づく回路解析手法には時間刻み幅に関する厳しい数値安定条件が存在する.この数値安定条件は回路網に含まれる最小リアクタンス成分に依存しており,数値安定条件を満たさない時間刻み幅を用いた場合,不安定モードが生じるため,数値シミュレーションを完遂することができない.本稿では,固有値分解を利用して不安定なモードを特定し,そのモードを取り除くことで,時間刻み幅が最小リアクタンス成分によって制限されることのない陽的な過渡解析手法を提案する.例題検証により,提案手法が一部に微小構造を含む不均一な電源分配回路網の過渡解析を非常に効率的に行えることを示す. |
| 抄録(英) | A transient circuit analysis method based on an explicit difference method has a strict numerical stability condition related to a time step size. The stability condition depends on the minimum value of reactance elements in a circuit. If the time step size that does not fulfill the condition is used, the numerically stable simulation cannot be completed because unstable modes are induced to the solutions. In this report, we provide the explicit transient analysis method which is not restricted by the minimum reactance elements by specifying the unstable modes and removing them. From the numerical results, it is confirmed that the proposed method can perform much faster simulations than existing methods for the simulation of nonuniform power distribution network with extremely-small apertures. |
