Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a new framework for the ECO after the manufacturing. More precisely, we propose a circuit model where we add Content-Addressable Memories (CAMs) to Partially-Programmable Circuits (PPCs) that were originally proposed to enhance the yield of LSIs. To utilize a PPC with CAMs for an ECO purpose, we develop a new concept called Desired Functionality Conditions (DFCs). DFCs can be considered as an extension of SPFDs which are used to represent functional flexibilities for LUT networks. We also provide a non-trivial calculation method of DFCs. The concept of DFCs and our calculation method would be interesting on their own. We can expect our framework would be promising to provide a new way for ECO problems.
