Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes a Services Computing platform that facilitates the use of content, information, or functions provided by HTML-based sites. Although the Services Computing framework aims at creating practical applications efficiently by coordinating components provided through networks, the number of elemental components officially offered by major providers is still limited. Therefore it is necessary to increase the provision of such components and we try to establish a method to store content from an HTML site in an SQL database, and convert the data to XML-level Application Program Interfaces (APIs). Also, by using the HTML5 canvas functions, data can be converted into graphic charts. This approach helps us to widen the range of applications, compared with the case where only XML-based APIs are used. We will present the findings of the results through implementing a prototype.
