| 抄録(英) | The 17th International Conference on Simulation of Semiconductor Processes and Devices (SISPAD 2012) was held on September 5-7, 2012, in Denver, Colorado, USA. In this report, I will review the selected papers in the fields of quantum transport, new materials, atomistic molecular modeling, and other emerging topics presented at the conference. Moreover, I will also report on the statistical analysis, e.g. number of submitted papers, acceptance ratio, etc., for the trend of this conference. |
