Abstract(in English) Angular dependence of Gilbert's damping constant a for Ni-Fe(011) single-crystal thin films prepared on Mg(011) single-crystal substrates were investigated by employing Q-Band ferromagnetic resonance analysis. The α for 10Onm-thick and 20nm-thick specimen had the constant value of 0.008, which did not depend on the crystal direction. With decreasing the film thickness from 20 to 2nm, the α increased suddenly from 0.008 to 0.040. The 2nm-thick and 5nm-thick specimen had the maximum value of α, when the external field were applied parallel to [01-1]_ directions.
