Abstract(in English)	In recent years, mobile communication traffic has been increasing rapidly. A flexible network with high system capacity and fault tolerance is required. Regardless country, developers have been carried out a lot of research for wireless communication technologies. Wireless Mesh Networks (WMNs) have received a lot of attention from both academic and industry groups and are in the focus of research nowadays. WMNs have become are important networking infrastructure for providing cost-efficient broadband wireless connectivity. In this paper, I explain our approach for mesh router placement problem in WMNs, the research trend of WMNs and point out some future research directions in this area.
