Web Browsing Display Control by Text Mining

Abstract(in English) In recent years, the growth penetration of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet devices is remarkable. There has been an increase in the amount of data in mobile communication by this penetration. Therefore, each mobile phone carriers are implementing the communication regulations in order to avoid network congestion. In this study, we have developed Web browsing of communication control to communicate at the communication amount of necessity minimum and we inspect a cutback of communication amount by measuring the communication amount and response speed actually. If display a still image as a method to cut down the amount of communication, displays a name of the attribute of alt or displays a summary by text mining. In addition, a system had three modes of "Ordinary mode", "Text mode", "Mining mode" for consider the usability. We have successful to reduce about one-fiftieth the amount of data communication by this system. In addition, it is possible to display the search results more quickly.
