Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) According to the recent increasing communications traffic, there is necessity to invest WDM network equipments. From a perspective of network design, the capital expenditure must be reduced with guaranteeing the reachability and reliability of optical signals. It could hold true for additional investment for deploying the future production facilities. However, it would be dificult to predict increase of communications traffic for each site correctly and also find out the site which should reinforce in the future. Therefore, in order to assist decision-making and extract the promising site to be invested in the future, this paper defines the important site on each node of the graph and proposes a method to assess importance of a network.
