Abstract(in English) We have proposed Sliced Router Architecture, which reduces the power consumption of routers by adjusting routers' performance according to the volume of traffic. In this architecture, it is crucial to consider not only packet loss but traffic latency. In this paper, we extend this architecture to reduce traffic latency under conditions of causing no packet loss. We also discuss the trade off in power-saving and worst traffic latency.
