| 抄録(和) | 五感に働きかけるインタフェースの登場や,感覚間相互作用などのような五感インタフェースを応用して多様な知覚・体験を構築するための知見の蓄積によって,食体験を変革する可能性を持った新しい情報技術が登場するようになってきた.本稿では,五感インタフェースによって従来の食体験を拡張する感覚情報提示技術について紹介する.そのような食体験拡張技術を,味や食感など食事自身の質に関わる食体験にフォーカスしたものと,食卓の雰囲気やコミュニケーションなどの食周辺状況に関わる食体験にフォーカスしたものに分類して紹介,検討し,その動向を述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | With the recent development of five-senses displays which produce multi-modal sensation and elucidation of the mechanism involved in our perception, novel interfaces which have a great potential to change our eating experience have been developed. In this paper, we introduce novel techniques which augment our eating experience by using five-senses displays. We report on the trend of these techniques by categorizing these into two types: augmenting our eating experience by focusing on food and augmenting our eating experience by focusing on environment during eating. |
