| 抄録(和) | 調理本には調理手順が文章と写真で説明してあるが,調理の初心者に対して十分にわかりやすい説明になっていないことがある.また,調理者の安全を考慮した調理方法の説明がなされていることも少ない.本研究では,調理者に調理方法をわかりやすく,かつ安全に教示することを目指し,食材上に調理方法を表示する調理支援システムを試作した.本システムでは,食材を切るための切り込み線や調理器具の正しい使い方を食材上に重畳表示させることで調理方法をわかりやすく提示し,食材を置く位置や把持する手の位置を食材上に重畳表示させることで安全な調理方法を教示する.これを実現するために,食材の位置や姿勢をカメラで認識し,食材上にCGを投影するシステムを開発した.本論文では,たまねぎのみじん切りを支援するために試作した調理支援システムについて,そのシステム動作を中心に述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | Cooking instructions are written down with texts and photos in common cookbooks. However, the cookbooks do not always provide cooking novices with easy-to-understand instructions. In addition, the safety of cooking is rarely considered in the instructions. In this research, we aim to instruct how to cook ingredients in easy-to-understand and safety way. We developed a prototype system overlaying cooking instructions over ingredients. This system presents easy-to-understand instructions by overlaying cutting lines and how to use cooking utensils over ingredients. In addition, this system provides safety cooking instructions by overlaying the correct position of the ingredient, and the correct position of hands and fingers that hold an ingredient. To do this, we implemented the position recognition and CG projection techniques. This paper describes the prototype system that supports an onion mincing. |
