Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Due to increasing prevalence of the Internet and Smartphone, our consumption behavior has been changing drastically in recent years. The boundary between offline and online purchase activity is becoming more and more vague. Under such background, new type of service model, such as the so called "O2O Commerce" that seamlessly connects the conventional offline and online shopping experience has recently been emerging. With the help of novel infrastructures and devices, such services make our conventional shopping experience more comfortable. In this paper, I will describe such change of consumption behavior, and introduce our case studies and activities on the "interface which seamlessly connects offline and online".
