Abstract(in English) A prototype 8x48 transponder aggregator based on Si photonics which can be adapted to a commercial ROADM system is demonstrated for the first time in the world. Experimental results by using 20Tb/s DP-8QAM super channel signal of 4.4THZ bandwidth indicate our prototype Si-TPA can be used with practical optical node.
