Harmonics Learning Support System for Beginner : Base System Design for Task of Arranging Root Position Triad

Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a learning support system for beginners learning harmonics. Harmonics is one of music theory; it defines rules of structure of chord. Learning harmonics is important, because it helps making or arranging a music. But it is difficult to advance the learning without teacher. So we use task of arranging root position triad as educational materials, and we support beginner's learning by using the system. This system is able to give all questions and answers about task of arranging root position triad. Learner answer with piano connected system, then system checked leaner's answer. When learner false, system suggest correcting method. Leaner is able to study with correcting method. We have confirmed that recognition function and function to determine true or false operate correctly by experiments.
