Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The spread of digital of X-ray imaging forces radiation technologists to crop X-ray images manually after measurement. This cropping operation distracts attention of radiation technologists from measurement operation and care to patients. The purpose of this study is to establish image processing method to achieve automatic cropping of X-ray images. In this paper, we show the result of the proposed method applied for chest X-ray images.
