| 抄録(和) | 接触抵抗値は接触部品の状態を知る基本的な性能指標であり,他に機械的な接合部の観測にも応用されているが,多数の真実接触は接触抵抗の並列接続と見ることができ,良好な接触が十分にあれば低い値になり,接触抵抗値が必ずしも事実接触の状態を表さないと考えられる.一方,インダクタンス値は接点表面のラフネスや皮膜などによって変化すると考えられるため,インダクタンス値を測定することで,接触抵抗の変化が観測されない場合にも,電極表面の接触の劣化を検出できる可能性がある.本稿では,インダクタンス値を用いて電極表面の接触の劣化を検出するための基礎的な検討として,接触点分布の変化とそれに伴い変化するインダクタンス値の関係について検討する. |
| 抄録(英) | Values of contact resistance are one of fundamental performance factors in order to investigate contact conditions in components of electrical contacts. Therefore, the factor is applied to evaluations of mechanical contacts. However, a lot of real contacts can be considered to be parallel connections of resistance. Under this assumption, as values of contact resistances are low if there are many contact points in a contact boundary, it is considered that the values of contact resistances do not always represent conditions of real contacts. On the other hand, values of inductance change due to changes of contact distribution depending on roughness and film on a contact boundary. So, it may be possible to evaluate degradation of contact condition by measuring values of inductance on a contact boundary even if changes in values of contact resistance are not observed. In this paper, we investigate the relationship between change of contact distribution and inductance value in order to detect degradation of contact condition by focusing on changes in values of inductance on contact boundary. |
