Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Values of contact resistance are one of fundamental performance factors in order to investigate contact conditions in components of electrical contacts. Therefore, the factor is applied to evaluations of mechanical contacts. However, a lot of real contacts can be considered to be parallel connections of resistance. Under this assumption, as values of contact resistances are low if there are many contact points in a contact boundary, it is considered that the values of contact resistances do not always represent conditions of real contacts. On the other hand, values of inductance change due to changes of contact distribution depending on roughness and film on a contact boundary. So, it may be possible to evaluate degradation of contact condition by measuring values of inductance on a contact boundary even if changes in values of contact resistance are not observed. In this paper, we investigate the relationship between change of contact distribution and inductance value in order to detect degradation of contact condition by focusing on changes in values of inductance on contact boundary.
