Abstract(in English) Multiphysics simulation is an essential tool to study coupled effects and plays an important role in designing new photonic devices. In this paper, a nanoplate in laser fields is analyzed by two types of coupled FDTD methods, the Maxwell-Newton and Maxwell-Schrodinger schemes. We discuss computational results obtained by two coupled schemes and investigate the current densities in terms of the tunneling effects due to the well structures.
