Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | In the category of power relay, smaller contact diameter generally has a tendency toword lower electrical endurance. Steady heat conduction problem can be solved analytically. But switching arc rather than current-carrying heat generation have a profound effecto on electrical endurance of relay. Nonsteady heat conduction analyses are simulated with resistance welding CAE. In this paper, CAE modeling and results under several heat conditions are mentioned. |
