Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we propose an Quality of Experience based autonomously distributed wireless system for medical and disaster situation. The radio resource assignment and topology are dynamically controlled based on QoE of each application. First of all, we introduce a case of wireless system introduced in a major hospital and raise some issues from this case. And then we show the possibility of the proposed system based on not only RSSI but also throughput and latency, which compose QoE index. Finally we show the concept of our proposed wireless system for solving the issues. |
