Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper focuses to some aspects of the cognitive radio (CR) systems, provides theoretical assumptions extended with computer simulations as well. The area of our interest is a scenario where the primary users are fixed receivers utilizing TV White space (TVWS), while the secondary users are moving across the area of the fixed users and trying to use the same spectrum without degrading the quality of service (QoS) of the primaries. The secondary users are exploiting the available white spaces for general communication purposes; voice, data or other streaming services can be also foreseen. In rural environment or especially in built-in, urban area the route between the starting and the endpoint of the moving CR is not unambiguous; different itinerary can be envisaged. The different possible routes may have different opportunities for the usage of the spectrum in cognitive manner; the routes can be rated on the base of the available spectrum along the way. This could be an interesting option also for route planner algorithms, where the available white space is an additional data to design the optimal path between two points.
