Abstract(in English) Use of image recognition technologies in various products is rapidly expanding. For automotive applications, pedestrian detection, front collision warning, lane departure warning have been productized as Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). We have developed Visconti^2 (TMPV7506XBG/TMPV7504XBG) as an image recognition SoC for ADAS and other applications. Viscotni2 is based on a heterogeneous architecture that consists of a multi-core processor and hardware accelerators for image processing and image recognition. In this paper, we will introduce the architecture and the performance evaluation results of Visconti^2.
