| Abstract(in English) | APAN is a consortium that National Research and Education Networks (NRENs) join in autonomous mode, respectively. "Autonomous mode" has been required for organizing APAN Consortium, but is forcing the tough negotiation for attaining the unified consensus. Described in this paper are the Position, Infrastructure, Activities to support both general users and network researchers, and Issues of APAN. |
