Abstract(in English) A scalable OpenFlow system for mobile terminal control using CBS (cell broadcast system) is proposed. Mobile data offload technologies attract attention as solutions for increased data traffic in mobile carrier network. As one of the technologies, we proposed communication control of mobile terminal using OpenFlow from network side. The report pointed that the scalability of OpenFlow controller is a main issue, and proposed a distributed and hierarchical OFC architecture as a solution. However, OpenFlow control signals are exchanged by unicast, and it cause a large amount of signals in mobile network. In this report, we propose a method to reduce the signals by broadcasting, and show the effect.
