Abstract(in English) This paper discuss a method for minimize the service interruption in the cable transfer work by using the local injection and detection technique. We propose the work procedure to exchange OLT employing to form temporary a bypass line and calculate the mechanical reliability for the optical fiber coupling with small fiber bending. We demonstrate the local injection and detection technique with high coupling efficiency -15.3 dB at 2mm of radius bending and indicate the feasibility of the optical bypass line.
