Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper introduces a blind frequency compensation method for a direct spectrum division transmission (DSDT) adapter. The DSDT adapter is inserted between the existing satellite's modem and antenna. In the transmitter (Tx) side, the DSDT adapter divides the single carrier modulated signal of the existing modem info multiple sub-spectra and assigns them to unused frequency resources. In the receiver (Rx) side, the divided sub-spectra are combined and the single carrier modulated signal is regenerated. In this paper, we propose a blind frequency compensation method for the DSDT by equalizing the signal power in transition band of adjacent sub-spectra. Simulation results show that it holds the BER degradation to less than 0.3dB. The result confirms that the proposed method well compensates the frequency offset of Rx sub-spectra.
