Improvement of the accuracy of 3D sound space synthesized by 252ch real-time processing of SENZI sound space information acquisition system

Abstract(in English) This report introduces detailed specifications of real-time SENZI (Symmetrical object with ENchased Zillion microphones). We have designed and equipped a SENZI system with 252 ch microphones. The analysis of the accuracy of synthesized 3D sound-space information with this system shows that the SNR of microphones affects to the accuracy of synthesized sound-space information, especially under low frequency region. To solve this problem, we used condition numbers as an index to synthesize accurate sound-space information in the low frequency region.
