Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, in wearable wireless Body Area Networks, the method has been devised, which use a Ultra Wideband (UWB) wireless communication system as a communication system and apply Hybrid ARQ as a method of error control. However, in the medical case, a more efficient and power-saving method is expected. So, in this study, we show that you can communicate with a smaller amount of calculation than the former by using Decomposable Codes. Also, if you limit the number of retransmissions to one time, we indicates that the proposal system has better BER performance than the usual one under a high E_b/N_O environment. We consider that it is possible to communicate more efficiently and reliably by using the proposed or former system according to the environment.
