Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper investigates a convergence property of the Galerkin's method of moment solution when the Pocklington type integral equation is applied to a linear dipole antenna. It has been found that the segmentation technique used by a Chebyshev's polynomial indicates significantly fast convergence property compared with a even segmentation when a half-wavelength dipole current is expanded by a series of sinusoidal function. In this paper, it is numerically shown that the same superior property is held for other antenna length, feed gap. It is also shown that a roof-top function indicates the same property.
