A study on extraction of related terms and their visualization from trouble incident reports

Abstract(in English) We have developed a analysis method for trouble incident reports on our intra-system using text mining technique. These reports contain two records (texts), namely, "incident description" and "trouble shooting", and it is important to find the relationship between these two records. Therefore, in this paper, the following methods are examined: (1) We generate a bipartite-graph from co-occurrence of words in the two records, and evaluate the relationship of keywords. (2) In addition to the above, we consider a method that reflects the semantic relations (causal analysis) to the co-occurrence. As a result, in the method (2), a part of relationship (correlation or causal relation) of keywords are obtained, and the proposed method would be effective for trouble incident analysis.
