Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Extremely low voltage operation down to nearly or less than 0.5V has been gathering attention as a fundamental way to reduce the energy consumption of LSI. However, a lot of challenges such as those against variability are required. In this paper, recent research achievements in many elementary circuits; logic, memory, power management, wireless communication and their integration are presented.
