| Abstract(in English) | Pressure sensing technique using BOF (Band-pass filter On Fiber-end) was demonstrated. We tried experimental pressure sensor using film or diaphragm on BOF, and obtained that the BOF reflection spectrum shift is correlated with the pressure. |
