Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We designed the ZnO (zinc oxide) growth device using a cylindrical piezoelectric PZT vibrator. This growth device is suggested for more simple and efficient synthesis method by using focused ultrasound. To confirm the effectiveness of the device, the results obtained by the cylindrically focused ultrasound were discussed with the non-focused and the hydrothermal synthesis method in different conditions. As the results, it is shown that the ZnO nanostructured materials grew up well with focused ultrasound comparing with the results without the focusing. From the results, the validity of the suggested growth method using cylindrically focused ultrasound could be confirmed.
