| Abstract(in English) | We have proposed an optical packet and circuit integrated network, where optical data packets and data on lightpaths are transmitted on common physical resources, to provide service diversity, energy efficiency and a simplified control mechanism toward New Generation Networks. Recently, we have developed an integrated optical packet and circuit node with operability and stability, and demonstrated a ring network with those integrated nodes. The optical packet and circuit integrated network will be connected with a New Generation Network testbed JGN-X for the promotion of development of advanced networking technologies or applications. In integrated nodes, the route of each optical packet is determined by a routing table between destination labels and output ports. In this paper, we report a developed route setting software, which can routing tables of plural integrated nodes and switches as a whole, for improving usability of the optical packet and circuit integrated network testbed. |
