Inter-subject Variability of Brain Shape : An Analysis of Deformation Matrices

Abstract(in English) Deformation matrices generated by the non-linear image matching algorithm was used to detect the inter-subject variability of brain shape. Euclidean distance and cosine similarity mapping showed the brain area where inter-subject variability is large.
